Entry into another dimension
Crossing over the border from Argentina to Bolivia is like opening a gateway to another world. Everyting from the terrain, people, animals, transport and accomodation to the general way of life is completely different. Much like the image of South America I came to expect.

i had that same feeling crossing from Argentina to Bolivia. i could not believe the amount of very short people, men and women, carrying 50 kilos of rice and other goods on their backs across the border. it really felt like going from the first to the second world.
